Payment Policy

Payment Policy

BP Fencing accept payment by cash, cheque, and direct deposit, please see below for more information.

Please ensure you nominate your payment method when making your booking. If booking online payment method will be arranged on your confirmation call.

Cash payment

BP Fencing accept cash for all bookings when payment on delivery has been agreed please ensure you have the cash available to pay for your hire equipment when we deliver and pay the full amount to our delivery driver, we may request payment before we start to install your equipment.

Cheque Payment

BP Fencing accept payment by cheque for any booking provided it clears prior to the event date. For this reason we can not accept cheques on the day of hire and would ask that all cheque payments are made at least 10 working days prior to your event date.

Direct Deposit

BP Fencing accept bank transfers / direct deposits for all bookings. This is a preferred method of payment for businesses, schools and other organisations. All payments made via direct deposit are required at least 48 hours prior to the hire date.
